Franck was raised in a hard working French immigrant family. He and his family moved to Canada when he was 5 years old, settling in the middle of Vancouver Island. Franck's experience in farming and construction started early. Working with his father to build houses in the community- building valuable experience that would eventually help him finance his scholastic addiction. He took special interest in the finishing product of his work, which put him a step above the rest.
At a young age Franck understood the value of a solid business background. While in university for Dentistry in 1995, he began his career in painting with CollegePro. Within a few short years, Franck had grown his small upstart franchise in Vancouver, to one of the largest in Canada.
After graduation Franck took a leap of faith and plunged head first into his growing painting business. He realized he enjoyed putting his steady hands, attention to detail and top customer service towards beautifying people's homes and businesses, not their teeth.
In 2000, Franck moved back to Vancouver Island, settling in Victoria, and began knocking on doors to promote his newly minted CertaPro Painter's franchise. Since its inception, Franck has molded the company into one of Victoria's most recognizable painting companies, increased his staff to more than 120 employees and purchasing a warehouse in the middle of Victoria's industrial sector.
In 2007, Franck saw an opportunity to open a flooring company in Victoria. Pairing CertaPro Painter's and Floor Coverings International, Franck now had the abilities to offer many more services to his customers.
In his spare time, yes he has some, Franck challenges the limits of his body and mind by participating in Iron Man contests, Marathons, Enduro motorcycle racing and traveling the world.
